All Tulsa Cottages properties are located in Tulsa, OK in the following areas:
Historic Riverside Drive district, Midtown Tulsa, Brookside, Mapleridge, Florence Park, Renaissance, Patrick Henry, Sequoyah Neighborhood, Braden Park, Shadow Mountain, and Park Plaza. Most of our properties are vintage restored homes with hardwood floors and distinctive architectural elements.
All properties are offered for lease without regard to sex, race, religion, color, disability,
familial status or national origin. We do not accept Section 8 on any of our properties.
We do not accept co-signers. Application for Lease is required on all properties.
All leases are for a one year period.
